Index field changes are audited. Details held are:
- Date of amendment
- Time of amendment
- Action, an audit type i.e. creation or amendment
- Who performed the action
- Which PC the action was performed upon
- The field changed
- The original field value
- The value the field was changed to
Page movements are audited. Details held are:
- Date of movement
- Time of movement
- Action, an audit type i.e. moved or deleted or restored
- Who performed the action
- Which PC the action was performed upon
- The field/page changed
- The original page value
- The value the page was changed to
A document can be audited every time it is viewed. This is an
optional setting against
a document type. If auditing is set, details held are:
- Date of view
- Time of view
- Action, an audit type i.e. viewed
- Who viewed the document
- Which PC the view was performed upon
Document routings are audited. Details held are:
- Date of movement
- Time of movement
- Action, an audit type i.e. copied, removed, approved, rejected,
- Who initiated the action
- Who received the case
