Viewing Audit Information

Audits are maintained in line with BIP0008.

All audit records contain

• the instigator of the change
• the PC on which it was performed
• the date and time of the action
• an action description (eg Created, Amended)
• the article acted upon
• the articles original value
• the articles new value.

Audit records are displayed in date and time sequence. To sort by another sequence, simply click the required column header.

All audits are displayed.

Fields
Any field alterations are displayed.

Pages
And page movements are displayed.

Alarms
Any alarms triggered for the case are displayed. This is dependant on administrative options.

Viewed
Any viewing of the case is displayed. This is dependant on administrative options.

Printed
Any printing of the case is displayed. This is dependant on administrative options.

e-Mailed
Any e-mailing of the case is displayed. This is dependant on administrative options.

Movement
Any routing or copying of the case is displayed.

Archive
Any archiving of the case is displayed.
