Index Template Selection

Index Templates allows the user to index Document Types in using different index data.

The templates are setup by the system administrator and specify the associated document type and the index fields required.

These templates are used for both Batch and Point 'n' Click indexing.

 

Template
The template drop down lists all the index templates that are available to the user.

Choosing an index template will change the index fields associated with the template.

It will also search for and display batches awaiting indexation in the batch area for the relevant Document Type.
