Privileges : Roles
A user has a Role. This role assigns permissions to a user, allowing group members to scan, amend, print, e-mail etc a particular Document Type.

Permissions  for each required Document Type must be set for a Role.

Every document is also assigned to a document folder at indexing.

The Assign Viewable Document Folders tells the system which document folders, and therefore which documents within a Document Type, a role can view.

Only an administrator may change the folder on a document.
